We had our appointment with the specialist today...and our little baby looks like a baby! Unfortunately, he couldn't tell the sex of Baby French...not sure why, I guess baby wasn't in the right position, it's too small, who knows. He said he can usually tell, but not this time. "Thanks Doc". But he said that the baby looks totally "normal", and normal has never sounded so good. We saw the brain, the legs, a foot, the arms moving up and down like a Lumber Jack. The brain has a perfect "butterfly" shape. Dr. Peters said everything looks normal and he doesn't expect the blood work to say any different, but if it does, they will call. I go back in 4 weeks to him for round 2 of the blood work. Although we are bummed that we couldn't find out if Baby French was a boy or girl, we are excited that we still have a milestone to look forward to.
